Here we have a very nice, very light mid 60s Telecaster with a professionally done, body only blonde refinish. The refin was done a while back so there is some nice authentic wear around the top edge and a few nicks. Finish on the neck, fingerboard and headstock is original. The maple cap neck is a comfortable C shape, 7.25″ radius, .79″ at the first fret, .89″ at the twelfth. Frets are in good, playable condition. Many mid to late 60s Teles can be on the heavy side, but this one is super light at 6lb. 12oz. Original pickups date 17th and 33rd week of 1966. Sounds killer with great Tele spank and bite on the bridge pickup and terrific sounding neck pickup. All hardware and electronics are original. With original hardshell case. No bridge cover.
